At ToBrick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.
Return Policy for Custom Products
All products sold by ToBrick are 100% custom-made and personalized. For this reason, refunds or cancellations are only allowed within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase.
Once the product has been processed for shipment or delivered, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances, in accordance with EU regulations regarding personalized goods.
Please double-check all personalization details (such as uploaded photos, text, and design choices) before placing your order.
To request a refund within the 2-day window, contact us at info@tobrick.com with your order number.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Consumer Complaints - Faulty Products
If the goods you purchased turn out to be defective (excluding issues related to customization errors provided by the customer), you are entitled to make a claim. You may choose to:

Request a replacement with a defect-free item.

Request a price reduction.
You can report a complaint within one year of discovering the defect, provided it is within the item’s warranty period. Your complaint will be processed within 30 days of receiving the notification.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
